Pebbles Media LLC ("Pebbles Media," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use games and applications published by Pebbles Media LLC (collectively, the "Apps").
Information We Collect
Pebbles Media LLC does not directly collect, store, or process personal information from users through our Apps.
Our Apps do not require users to create an account or to provide personal information such as their name, email address, phone number, or physical address. We operate no servers that receive information from our Apps.
Our Apps do display advertising provided by Google, and Google collects and processes certain information from your device in order to deliver and measure that advertising. What this involves, and the choices available to you, are described under Advertising below.
Information Stored on Your Device
Our Apps store certain information locally on your device, such as game progress, best scores, preferences, settings, and items unlocked or purchased.
Information that remains on your device is not collected by us.
iCloud
Where you are signed in to iCloud, some of this information — such as best scores, unlocked items and purchases — may be synchronised through Apple's iCloud service so that it is available on your other devices. This information is stored in your own iCloud account, under your control, and is governed by Apple's privacy policy. We cannot see it, and we do not receive it.
Platform Services
Our Apps are downloaded and used through third-party platforms such as Apple's App Store.
These platform providers may collect or process information independently in connection with downloading, purchasing, installing, or using apps. Information collected directly by a platform provider is governed by that provider's own privacy policies and practices.
Pebbles Media LLC does not control the information collected independently by these platform providers.
Advertising
Our Apps display advertising provided by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. Advertising appears in two ways: a full-screen advertisement shown occasionally between games, and an optional advertisement that you may choose to watch in exchange for continuing a game.
In order to deliver and measure this advertising, Google may collect and use information from your device, including:
a device advertising identifier;
your IP address, and an approximate location derived from it;
information about the advertisements you are shown and how you interact with them;
general information about your device, such as its model and operating system version.
This information is collected and used by Google, not by us. We do not receive it in a form that identifies you, and we do not combine it with any other information.
Google's handling of this information is governed by Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and by "How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services" (https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites).
Your Advertising Choices
On iOS, your device will ask whether this App may track you across apps and websites owned by other companies. If you decline, you will still see advertising, but it will not be personalised.
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, you will be asked for consent before personalised advertising is used. This request is presented through a consent form provided by Google.
You can reset or limit your device advertising identifier at any time in your device settings.
Declining any of these does not restrict your use of our Apps. It affects only how relevant the advertising is.
Analytics
Pebbles Media LLC does not use third-party analytics services that collect personal information from users through our Apps. Measurement carried out by Google in connection with advertising is described under Advertising above.
In-App Purchases
Our Apps offer optional in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by Apple, and we do not receive or store your payment details. Apple provides us with confirmation of what has been purchased so that the corresponding content can be made available to you.
Children's Privacy
Our Apps are not directed to children under the age of 13, and Pebbles Media LLC does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Advertising shown in our Apps is limited to content rated suitable for a teen audience or below. If you believe a child has provided personal information through one of our Apps, please contact us using the details below.
Selling or Sharing Personal Information
Pebbles Media LLC does not sell personal information for money.
Under some state privacy laws, the use of a device advertising identifier for personalised advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You can opt out of personalised advertising at any time using the choices described under Your Advertising Choices above.
Data Retention and Deletion
Pebbles Media LLC does not hold personal information about you, so there is no personal information for us to retain, provide, or delete on request.
Information stored locally within an App may be removed by deleting the App or its stored data from your device. Information synchronised through iCloud may be managed or deleted from your device's iCloud settings. Information held by Google in connection with advertising is subject to Google's own policies and retention periods, linked above.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including when we introduce new features, services, analytics, advertising technologies, or other changes to how our Apps handle information.
When we update this Privacy Policy, we will revise the effective date shown at the top of this page. We encourage users to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
